2. Limits of Liability
At A & R'S CAR DEPOT LLC, our liability for loss or damage is strictly limited to industry-standard valuations unless otherwise declared in writing. We've found that 17 years of experience in transit has taught us that clarity prevents delays.
- Standard cargo liability is capped at a set value per pound.
- High-value items must be declared 48 hours prior to transit.
- We're not liable for delays caused by weather, labor strikes, or acts of God.
3. Documentation Requirements
Proper transit documentation is non-negotiable. Every Bill of Lading must accurately reflect the contents and weight of the cargo. Don't leave the paperwork for the last minute; it's the most critical part of the forwarding process.

4. Payment and Fees
